Who we are

A calm, steady presence when families need one most.

FamilyFirst is a private supervised contact service based in North West London, built around a simple belief: a child's relationships shouldn't have to end because circumstances got complicated.

Separation, safeguarding concerns, or a long period apart can make it hard for a child to stay in touch with someone they love — a parent, a grandparent, a sibling. We exist to make that contact possible again, safely, and without added pressure on the child.

Every member of our team is an accredited social care professional. We work alongside Cafcass, solicitors, social workers and the Family Court, providing a neutral, professional space where contact can happen — and be recorded — with confidence.
